Stateway Auto Transport pick up date, up charging, lieing to customers, 3 weeks later, Glenview, ill
pickup date may 25th today june 6th and they want a extra 295.00 or they just wont come

They get rid of honest people and hire rude lairs the set up price and date were done 3 weeks later the car is still sitting in the driveway
and they lied so a rent car had to be rented for 19 days now at 39.00 a day
Don't not use this company for anything. First they didn't pick up my vehicle and when the sales rep offered to expedite the service,
she said it would cost me an extra $294.00.
Clearly she doesn't understand business 101, when a business screws up its their responsibility to rectify the issue. Instead of trying to fix the situation she said she hopes I will will use their company in the future.
Not only will I not use this company I will inform every soldier not to use this his company. Btw, I deal with soldiers that looks for vehicle shipping everyday. Do not use this company SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM.
