Steam Buddy FRAUD!! Encino California
I mistakenly ordered two (2) steam buddys by accident there is no way to know that your order has been finalized which all sites should have!
I called and spoke with a person on June 30th, she said that the order as yet was not in the system but took down the information on the order that I wanted cancelled and asked me to call back in 48-hours (I probably should have called back in 24) the both orders have been billed I call today July 2nd and get some idiot who cant spell my last name Turner how difficult is that! He says nothing can be done no notes on the order etc I speak with his supervisor Jim who tells me that nothing can be done just return the order and they will refund my money that takes 7 to 10 weeks! I said no way the refund must be processed immediately he now kicking it up to his uplink supervisor I dont figure Ill get anywhere on this both are going back!
