I returned the product today with a strong complaint letter and a demand of not only what I was charged initially but my return costs as well. We'll see if they respond positively. As a side note I complained to e-miles and they responded with a nice note stating that they'd complained to their contacts at Steam Buddy and also had removed the vendor from their offering. I'd encourage others to report to e-miles as well.
