SteamBuddy Sent me items I did not want. Tried to cancel the order when I saw this happening. Santa Clarita Internet
I wanted to order one steam buddy for $19.95 plus $5.98 shipping. My order ended up showing two steam buddys with an additional 5.98 shipping plus a "free creaser" which I did not want because the "free creaser" has a $9.99 shipping charge.
I called the company right away to tell them that I only wanted one steam buddy and no free creaser. The man told me that it was too soon, my order wasn't in the system yet and to call back in a few days. I did that and told them to cancel my entire order.
Today the charge showed up on my credit card for the full $57.89 so I called them and they said that the order has already been shipped. They offered to give me a return authorization number. I asked them why I should pay the shipping back on an order they placed wrong and I had cancelled and they said I would have to pay the shipping because that is their policy.
My credit card company said that I can dispute the charge when it comes off the pending list on my account, which I intend to do.
Please everyone, do not order from this company.
