This company has the worst customer service I have ever received in my entire life! I wished I had taken the time to check their online complaints before giving them a deposit. They even have lawsuits! I have also contacted the Better Business Bureau. My advice, stay away from these people and purchase from someone else who is willing to work with the customer. They first used high pressure and deceptive sales tactics, once the building was suppose to ship and I had questions regarding the building and it's erection the person in charge of answering questions was either in a meeting, out to lunch, or away from his desk. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the supervisor who then called me names. He even threatened to keep my deposit and not ship the building! I wished I had taken the time to check their online complaints before giving them a deposit. They even have lawsuits! I have also contacted the Better Business Bureau. My advice, stay away from these people and purchase from someone else who is willing to work with the customer.

The above review from Jake T is clearly fake. I have worked with Steelsmith and they are the furthest thing from a company that would rip you off. I worked with Don and EJ and they went above and beyond to help me with my project.
I was trying to leave Steelsmith a review on Google and found this link. I laughed when I read it because any normal peraon would read this and see if is fake and sounds as if it was written by someone who does not speak english.
If you are looking to do business with Steelsmith, give them a call. They are great people to work with.
