Steinberg,FINEO,BERGER& FISCHOFF PC Steven E. Shumer Heath S. Berger Violate my trust, mislead me and misrepresented me.I have a judgement money from Family Court The above named lawyers have waived the money without my consent and my acknowledgement Woodbury, New York
Mr. Shumer and his law firm were retained by me for a divorce and a child support case in November 2008.I believed has violated my trust, misleads and misrepresented me.
On July 14, 2008 Mr. Shumer represnted me in Family Court to vacate the order. What we have discussed was the $300 per week for now, health insurance and the education money would be reapplied at the Supreme Court. No arrear money for 2007 will not be touched. I have been calling Mr. Shumer since after july 14, 2008 and he has not returned my calls. I let the firm aware that I can not trust him without knowing that he was working againt me.
I hire a new lawyer that the time I surprisingly found out That he has vaived the arrear money while I was in court on October 29, 2008 from the other party. I believe the public should be aware for his conduct and the way he mislead his client. Iwould like to create a page where can find out about lawyers. People can find out about physician why not lawyers. I really feel bad about it. That's why I want to do something about it.

That sums it up in one word. I got ripped by Steve Fineo and his firm and will begin to file complaints with the Attorney General
