Stellar Flooring Company, Joe Smith, Larissa Smith Opened A Credit Card in my name without permission And Charged $6256 on it with NO Services Rendered Orlando Florida
Stellar Flooring overestimated the square footage by over 100 sq ft for my area to be redone on 6/7/8. After finding out that they tried to scam me I cancelled the contract within the seven day period (6/9/8).
I then recieved a creidt card with $6256 already charged in it from GE Money (6/9/8). The card is only valid at Stellar Flooring. I called every 30 minutes for 3 days and no one would take my calls. I received an email that says I stole money from their family and I will only get what is legally due to me, which is the entire $6256 since I have no services or products in my possession.
I am currently disputing the charge with GE Money, but according to the credit company I am still resposible for my first payment for floors that were not delivered
These people should not have access to anyones credit because they can not use it professionally. I have worked very hard to have excellent credit and it is scary to know that this company could easily destroy it for their own personal gain.

Joseph is a very entertaining liar. I signed a contract that said I had seven days to cancel with no penalty,which I did. I have no flooring delivered or installed. I'm not sure what the contractors did to cost Stellar Flooring $1000, but it surely was not from installing my floors. This has gone way too far and needs to stop. If any lawyers see this and want to take the case, please contact me. I'm over this and I want him to pay for my stress.

We have a contract signed by this customer authorizing the charge on her Stellar Flooring Credit card to be financed for 36 months with no interest, we provided exactly what was promised. This customer signed two contracts and now wants to cancel one after signing.
