My father who is an 81 year old wheel chair bound man, paid $585 cash as a down payment for a hot water heater replacement 7 months ago & Stephen Thorpe Plumbing, has yet to replace our hot water heater. The owner Mike Thorpe has made 20 appointments to come to his house & return his cash down payment of $585, and every morning of the 20 appointments he made, he always calls & cancels with another B.S. Story. I just went on to the Better Business Bureau & see that he has 4 complaints filed against him within the last year, so it appears he fits into the category of Bad Business & not to return my father's cash & cancel 20 appointments to come & return his money, doesn't look too good, rip off artist!!

Took 7 months, but they came & paid us the cash back that they owed us. Finally!!
