Stereo Land THESE GUYS TOOK ME FOR A RIDE Ventura California
I told the guy EXACTLY what I wanted, I even had part number and the specifics writen down. They didnt have what I wanted in stock, they didnt have much of anything in stock so they guy started upselling me on a DVD, navigation, etc. After he recomended something more of what I was looking for they started the install, I wanted tint, headunit that does XM, MP3 and had a remote, and a viper alarm that has remote start.
I wrote all this down for them. upon receipt of the vehicle I realized the alarm did not have remote start and I was told Id have to pay another $190 for the remote start module, and then he said hed include the install, like he was doing me a favor, ha. Then the headunit didnt have a remote! They told me all sales are final and there was nothing they would do for me, lastly the tint was cut wrong and had to be re done, those guys argued with me the hole time I was there (about 2 hrs) having the tint redone, saying they were right and I was wrong, as if I dont know what I want? I was mislead into buying something I didnt want, the product was mis represented, they did not make a happy customer, and they seem to have no interest in helping me.
BE CAREFUL WITH THESE GUYS!, Theyll ride you hard and then hang you out to dry once they get your $$$.

I dont know what the other guy was talking about but I had a good experience. It sounds like that guy is just complaining. These guys broke down everything I was getting before they touched my car and followed thru with it. My brother and freinds went after I recemended them and they were cool too. After reading the other review I wasn't sure but I decided to check them out cause I like to shop before I buy. I was surprised on the huge inventory, looks like they are in business. I got a new Premier navigation system which is the latest out and was looking for a certain JL Audio amp that they special ordered for me and beat the price of two other shops I price checked. I must say, so far no issues, good price, experience and clean installation. What won me was I had some mtx door speakers I bought from another store that they exchanged for warranty that the other place won't even bother with. I give them two thumbs up, ask for Eddie or Rick, both are helpful! -Benny from Oxnard
