Sterling Auto Glass "The Most High" Sterling Not Real Job, Just Free Pizza Moncks Corner, South Carolina
Sterling Auto Glass, or "the most high" Sterling, as they like to call themselves, is nothing more then a front for people to sit around and complain about their old job at Synegy. I "worked" there for 3 months. All they do is sit around, eat pizza, and complain about the other glass shop. You are never paid and are told payment will come "once the lawsit against Synergy goes through".
The few times you do work, all they do is go around pretending to work for Coast To Coast Auto Glass and act rudley towards customers to give the other company bad press. I was even ased by the owner to smash peoples windshields after telling them I worked for the competetor and he would "keep me out of jail".
I don't know who Synergy or Coast to Coast is, but a bussiness shouldn't be run on trying to destroy another.
Don't work for any auto glass companies is what I took away from the whole experience.

I worked for Sterling Glass for 5 months and left on my own accord. During my time with Sterling Glass, not once have I ever heard of the General Manager slandering another glass shop. However, I have heard of other glass shops slander Sterling Glass. With that being said, the original report posted is just an obvious attempt to slander Sterling Glass. Not one single word that was written down is true, more so, all just a bunch of LIES!
Let's just say that the original report comes from an employee of Synergy Management. First of all, this company goes around and identifies themselves as employees for Coast to Coast Auto Glass. This company is all over the internet, and most recently was aired on Channel 2 as a SCAM! Many of their employees have either been ticketed or gone to jail for soliciting without a license. Their customer service is beyond horrible and their installation leaves a lot to be desired. Also, Coast to Coast Auto Glass lies to their customers about why they are NOT a participant on their insurance company's glass program. It is not because of the glass they use, but their reputation as SCAM ARTISTS is why.
The other glass shop who does their utmost best to slander Sterling Glass is a company that has changed their names so many times, they can't even buy their auto glass using their own name. This company is called, "The Windshield Specialists." They only use after-market auto glass and are not a properly licensed company.
Unlike Sterling Glass, both Coast to Coast Auto Glass and The Windshield Specialists HAS to lie to their customers in order to obtain their business. Unlike Sterling Glass, both of these lame excuses of a company CANNOT say they have Certified Installers. Both will use anyone who even claim they can put a windshield in and neither could care less about customer service.
Once again, this is an obvious attempt at defaming Sterling Glass, and even with their own lies, that simply CANNOT be done!

I worked for Sterling Glass for 6 months and had to leave due to my husband being transferred in the military into another state. I read the complaint that was posted and I must say, that everything I read was lies! The General Manager did provide lunch for us at our meetings, but it was always more of a gathering than an actual meeting. We did sit around and talk, but never did we "bash" other glass shops.
As far as being paid, we got paid every Friday! Everyone who is hired is told immediately that this is a "Commission Only" employment. If you don't go out and work and make a sale, then naturally, you don't get a paycheck. Obviously whoever posted this lie was one of those ones who sat on their butts and never made an attempt to earn a paycheck.
I have a pretty good idea who the individual is responsible for posting this garbled words of pathetic lies. If I am correct, the only time anyone heard from you was when we were provided lunch for the meeting, then you would eat and leave and not be heard from again until the next luncheon.
It wasn't until I read your posting that I ever heard about a company called Synergy. So, you must have worked for them at one point and probably got fired from them like you have done your previous 4 jobs. Posting a lie that we went around claiming to be from another glass shop is preposterous! Now I can see why you have been fired from every employment you have ever obtained. You are not trustworthy and nothing more than a lame liar!
If Sterling Glass would open a shop where I now reside, I would go back to work for them in a heartbeat. Had you not been eating all the free food, you would have heard the General Manager say at every meeting, "If I catch anyone telling a lie to any customer, consider yourself unemployed!" Saying you were told to go around and break windshields is so much of a lie that it is almost funny. I guess considering the FACT that you are nothing more than a liar goes hand in hand with your questionable work ethics.
I have worked for 3 glass shops and I can honestly say that working for Sterling Glass was the greatest employment I have ever had. From the owner to the General Manager, and all of the employees, everyone is treated as though you are a family member. So, please do not even consider what this lying individual posted because not one single word of it is even remotely close to being true. The truth is Sterling Glass exceeds in their customer service as well as their dedication to their employees.

Sterling Glass, not Sterling Auto Glass, is a full service Glass provider servicing most of the state. Our sales employees work in the field, are not "in the shop sitting around eating pizza and complaining", they carry full credentials, i.e. business cards, business licenses and in some cases company badges. Most people do not know who Synergy Management is or that they represent and are the sales people for Coast to Coast, which makes me suspect this was written by an employee of Synergy and/or Coast to Coast. There would be no benefit to PRETEND to work for Coast to Coast, as they have been in the news and on line for fraud. Our employees have never had a run in with the law because we are a fully licensed and reputable company. We do utilize field salespeople, however, under no circumstances would we tolerate or condone illegal behavior from our people during the course of their work. Our employees are paid weekly, with no hold backs, and are paid on a commission plus bonuses system, i.e. performance based pay.
We are a preferred glass shop with the insurance companies. We have a lifetime warranty that we fully back up! Our installers hold the highest certifications and customer service is our top priority!
I notice this complaint says nothing abut any type of glass work or installation, further fueling my suspicion it is an employee of a competitor.
We strive as a company to be honest, provide outstanding service, and treat both our employees and customers like family.
I in no way want to give attention or respond to someone lacking such integrity, however feel the FACTS need to be stated!

As the General Manager of Sterling Glass, I can honestly say that whoever you are, being nothing more than a gutless wonder, has spoken nothing but bold face lies about Sterling Glass. If you did work for me, and you didn't get paid, it was because you failed to work! Every employee is told upfront that this is a "Commission Only" employment. If you don't work, you simply didn't earn a paycheck. So, you must have been one of the few who sat home and made up excuses as to why you are a failure at life. Don't blame ANY company because you have NO work ethics!
If you are so proud of your failure, then why is it you didn't have the guts to included your real name? Perhaps, you were never an employee at Sterling Glass in the first place, or perhaps, you are actually employed at another glass shop just spreading lies.
Here are the real facts:
1.) Sterling Glass is the largest independently owned glass shop in the state of South Carolina.
2.) Sterling Glass is a "Preferred" glass shop with every major insurance company nationwide.
3.) Sterling Glass ONLY uses Certified Installers.
4.) Payday is EVERY Friday!
5.) Sterling Glass ensures that ALL employees have copies of ALL updated business licenses.
In your fraudulent report, you stated the following:
