TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE OF ROBERT L. YOUNGBLOOD II, OWNER OF BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES, STERLING AUTOMOTIVE IN SANDY, UTAH.
As a businessman with 50 years of experience as a Dealer, I have never listened to so much Trash talk, as Robert L. Youngblood II is capable of. He is rude and crude and has a gutter mouth. Sounds like he gives his version of his history 'probably lots of important gaps,' to his undervalued customers. He makes or tries to make points by telling everyone that his Father is a plastic surgeon.
Robert L. Youngblood II says he went to medical school for a period of time, he also claims that he went to paralegal school for a short time. He didn't say if he dropped out, couldn't cut it or was asked to leave. He also claims tht he is a mechanical engineer. Well, that is a lot of education to run a small automobile repair shop with shoddy work and unethical business practices. He claims to be very smart. I, along with other customers probably and possibly take an opposite view.
After listening to his Vulgar, Verbal Assaults to intimidate a customer, Threats of Violence, also family member's Violence show a total lack of Common sense in Decision making, and I'd say he has no Conscious, no Feelings for the Harm he Sows, and an all-important Critical Judgement. This man does not take Rational action, nor is he a Rational person.
Two thoughts come to mind, Serious Mental Health problems or just Frustrated Anger. I stay in contact with the Sandy Police Department, also the Better Business Bureau, Consumer Protection, Licensing of the State and County, and the Secretary of Commerce. I understand he is charged with Assault, he will be going to court in May. The Sandy Police said the 12th of May. They say he came unglued or went Berserk and Ballistic when he was Arrested.
Robert L. Youngblood has a great credential spiel. His letterhead is 1/3 pages long. Sterling Auto has lots of unnecessary action with the owners, unreliable, no value service. I consider Robert L. Youngblood to be out of control and a dangerous man, Life Threatening and Very Dangerous. I think we see it and read about it all the time on TV, Radio and in the Newspapers. It just gets to a pressure point and they just snap.
His faxes are a paper Insult. One phone call from Robert L. Youngblood to me, one: he started off by telling me my Mother was Ugly. I told him that she was Deceased. He told me he was going to beat me up. I told him I thought they had disbanded Sadam's Army. He told me he was going to bend me over a table and I was going to be the Momma and he was going to be the Papa. I asked him at that time if he was Gay or q***r. He seems to use sexual content a lot. (Big Problem) He told me an Old Chinese Proverb- "Man who seeks Revenge should dig two graves." (Another Implied Threat) I told him he was about the bravest Man---I knew over the phone. He told me that I would not be able to recognize my Daughter when he finished with her.
At that time I said that you Just Crossed the Line. I will turn you into all the authorities that I can possibly turn you into. There will be Action on this matter. These Violent Threats that he made makes him sound like a Terrorist. He told me that he has video and audio equipment and tapes all conversations on the phone and in his office. He states that this kind of conduct is legal in the State of Utah. This is unacceptable in this day and age. I asked The Sandy Police to get these Tapes. I now understand he may have lost them, he was going to Let the Police Listen to them. YOU BET!!!!
He installed parts on an automobile that were not necessary. He wanted to perform other work that would have cost hundreds of dollars that of course wasn't necessary. He charged for diagnostic work when the car was brought back that was never completed. He said he did not charge for the work. There is a receipt for $60.00 They did work on the car that if continued driving would have ruined the engine. It did ruin the coil portion of the car; it was a V6 engine, which he claims was a 4-cylinder. He has been very nebulus all the way in trying to do anything with him. He needs to change professions. Leave the Country or Retire, Etc.
In a letter that he sent to me, he also claimed that the mechanics that did repair the car and did repair the coil and crossed wires on the automobile that of course they did not know what they were doing. I had my Attorney write a letter to him and state what was going on and he wrote back that he was going to turn my attorney in to the Legal Practice Commission of Montana because he had written a letter to Mr. Youngblood.
I have never been able to find out from the Police, and Better Business Bureau, and the Consumer Protection exactly how many claims that they have outstanding on the Sterling Automotive and Mr. Youngblood. It seems that there is a regular sequence that goes into calling the police at the business premises to take care of the disputes weekly and monthly. All Agencies are Aware of Robert L. Youngblood and Sterling Automotive.
I asked a Neo-Surgeon I do business with why this man goes into the Attack Mode when confronted; Doctor said there was a Long List of Possibilities: Alcohol, Drugs, Psychological, Childhood, Personality Complex and sounds like he is getting worse with a Physical Assault Charge now pending.
In a further attempt to intimidate my Daughter, Robert L. Youngblood II told her that he knew she had two children. Well, that is not entirely true, she has a college student who is 21 and is the grandmother of a 3-year-old. Just another attempt to further intimidate my daughter. Why is this man Robert L. Youngblood Allowed to Threaten with Violence, "Anyone" What if he Threaten a Policeman, Judge, Mayor, Govenor, or the President. Would that generate some Interest? Now are we the People his Victims any less valuable or our Sons, Daughters and Grandchildren?

I am responding because I have insider information which clears Mr. Youngblood and Sterling Automotive of any wrongdoing in this matter - just in case you have been taken in by Strunk's rebuttals. I am the ex-live-in girlfriend of R.C. 'Bill' Strunk, named in this post and another one as 'Florence' - not my real name for purposes of keeping my whereabouts unknown to Mr. Strunk. I was in the room at the time that Mr. Strunk made the original phone call to Mr. Youngblood. Strunk was angry before he even got on the phone to Youngblood... then Strunk began verbally abusing Youngblood and using some extremely foul language. Strunk then thrust the phone at me and said, 'Listen to what this &*()% is saying.' I said hello to Mr. Youngblood, and he replied back to me in a calm, polite and friendly tone of voice, I chatted with him for a moment, and realized that there was no way Youngblood could have been the source of any vile conversation; I realized that the nasty language was coming from Strunk. I had been living with Strunk for @ 10 months at the time, and I was privy to other outbursts and personality problems that he was having. Although I am not a mental health professional, I have reason to believe that Strunk has a personality disorder which involves a rat's nest of emotional abuse, philandering, double-dealing, and generally shoddy behavior. Mr. Strunk would have people believe that he is a 'pillar of the community' in Great Falls, MT, however, he has a very dark side and frequents the shady side of the law and could easily slip over the edge. He has an arrogant and deviant personality, but has gone through life using luck, a minimum of social skills, cover-ups, a fearful family (he has obviously used his daughter Rina here to do his dirty work). His friends (oops, I'm sorry - he doesn't have any), business associates, and the legal community in Great Falls have conveniently turned their backs on him although some attorneys call him a 'nut case.' Generally, he has outmanuevered his victims by employing strong-arm tactics and resorting to threats and intimidation - the same way he has behaved with Mr. Youngblood over a lousy $198 repair bill. To say that Strunk has behaved in an obsessive compulsive manner understates his problem. Strunk is very good at putting on a good impression when it suits him and he often paints his victims as the 'real culprits' - just as he did here with Mr. Youngblood and just as he did with me. I will not get into the details about what Strunk did after I left him, except to say that I was very afraid and I am still very afraid. He attempts to portray me as being a 'crazy' person, but in saying so he is merely echoing his own mental deficiency. And I might state that he lives in a world where he thinks he is a god... and his unspoken motto is 'my way or the highway.' Just to show you what a fraud Strunk is: he gave me a piece of jewelry which he said he had been keeping in his safe because it was soooo valuable and he advised me to keep it in a 'safe and secure place.' After leaving him, I was down to my last few dollars and took it to a pawn shop where I found out it had no real value. Apparently, just before he met me, he was 'courting' another lady, (he has a revolving door for the women in his life) and he had presented her with what appeared to be a very large diamond engagement ring for which he said he paid $29,000; she was a pretty bright lady and took it to a jeweler to get it checked out - what had happened was he had bought a large cubic zirconia and had it put in a cheap gold setting to give it the appearance it was real. Needless to say, Strunk got his ring back, and the story got around Great Falls and a lot of people got a big laugh out of that one! Then when I left him, I took the ring with me. Do you know what he did... he went to the police and the District Attorney in Great Falls and attempted to file charges against me for stealing a $25,000 ring. I have an official appraisal of that ring, the pendent he gave me and another ring which he said in one of his many nasty-grams to me was worth $2,500 - the appraisal tells the truth - Mr. Strunk wouldn't know the truth if it hit him in the face with a machete! Incidentally, I was told by a reliable source that Strunk wrote 15 letters to Brant Light, the Cascade County, MT District Attorney in an attempt to have me arrested - all on trumped up charges... Strunk should have been arrested for false police reports, but their opinion of him is he's just a crazy nuisance, sent him on his way and did not press any charges on me. I want you to know that I have loads of data on Strunk, some of it in his own handwriting, and there is no doubt in my mind that in most jurisdictions, Strunk would be in prison, but up in Montana, they just regard him as the local crazy and he goes through life abusing women, conning people, and God know what else. In closing, I want to say that anything derogatory that Strunk has said about Mr. Youngblood can be mirrored back to apply to R.C. 'Bill' Strunk.

Bill Strunk alias Bill Strunk Leasing, Theats in and out of the court room! this is a dangerous man with only one desire ,to hurt people.He has no boundies as to what he will do to others ! Unprofessional and a one man rip-off plague. Fortunately for most folks , he knows nothing about the Law and civil procedure. His daughter is just as bad. Rina Strunk at 11146 Dunes Dr. in Sandy, Utah # 801-553-1469. Bill strunk leasing at P.O. Box 6665 in great Falls montana # 406-453-7807 or 406-868-9707 takes pleasure in trying to Ripoff people and is not particularly fond of the truth! If you have any dealings with him , make sure you are covering your bases. He will attempt to intimidate you even just outside the court room! Don't worry about it though, this old ,fat fart is not a threat to anyone except himself. You will notice that his whole family is just as fat and probably just as evil! Just ask Florence , his former live -in girl friend that called me ,just to let me know more about him! I recorded the call from her a holistic doctor and played for the Sandy city police dept. dectective who also took a copy. The detective told me about a former Sandy city cop busted for drugs that Bill Strunk associates with. For all I know he runs drugs to and from California where I hear he frequently goes. This is the last man you want to be involved with. You've been warned ! Best of luck to anyone that has the misfortune to come accorss this guy and his daughter Rina Strunk. April 21,2005 In the Reality of The Sterling Automotive Repair Shop and its owner Robert Youngblood II, he absolutely goes out of his way to provoke the customers when there is a problem or problems, Bad Attitude, Foul Mouth, Talks down to everyone. I was told to stop whimpering and whining and to grow-up. Get into the real world if I want to play with the Big Boys (sounds like an abusive father scolding a child). I have not got a clue if he "Youngblood" ever went to Business School or if his degrees were purchased on-line on the net. I don't believe any School Teaches The Business Ethics" he uses, excuse me---------NO ETHICS! Sounds like he's gearing up for the OK Corral. From my experience aqnd a Solid Business Education I Type Robert Youngblood as a Pathological Liar. Pure and simple what he's doing is trying to BEAT PEOPLE UP EMOTIONALLY--------THINK ABOUT THAT. Now for the Reality Check we are in the Real World and these continuing THREATS OF ROBERT YOUNGBLOOD ARE REAL. VERY REAL!!! He's probably programmed to say them. Not a day goes by that we don't see or hear about a person or group that follows thru with their threats. They even warn us like a Rattlesnake before they STRIKE!!!! The the Politicians, Government, Feds, State Authorities, Newscasters say, GEE WE DIDN'T SEE THIS COMING!--------One Big one comes to my mind, how many Warnings did they Receive on Pearl Harbor? Little one, but Big One for the Smart Family-------how many warnings?
