This guy ordered a spy camera from me on the 20th of May and I sent it out to him on the 22th of May priority mail and because it hasn't reached him already he has sent me numerous e-mails in which I kept bascically harrassing me so I finally said I don't give a sh_t what you do about feedback and he did end up leaving me negative feedback and a statement that I left him foul language and sent the item late. Anyway, I am letting fellow ebayers know to watch this guy, as he sounds like he has a split personality. I would also like to know what he is going to do with the little cam? Maybe he will install it in the bathroom at the local mart. I used it for outsid house surveillance until I got a better system.

Update to the situation of the ebayer!

I being the author of this report have spoken with the ebay customer that I thought was Steve Bejarano but it was in turn his parent using his name. Anyway, we have made an agreement that we would resolve the bad situation that we had in the deal that occurred through our ebay transaction and it was agreed that the negative feedback towards me would be rescinded so I still have my 100% rating that I have had since 2001. I also found out that the tiny camera that was purchased was for the son so that he could use it on a radio controlled car to capture cool videos. I am on here to do my part of our bargain and I hope Steves parent does the same and honors our agreement.

First, Steve was the one who harrased me and kept sending me e-mails and was pissed off because the item wasn't shipped out air express, and yes, I lost my temper and told him I didn't give a s**t about him leaving me negative feedback on ebay but I had a 100% rating and he ruined that simply because he got an attitude. I got another e-mail today and he is basically threatening to call the police on me. LOL, what can they do, I am not harrasing him, I told him simply I want to rectify the problem to my satisfaction. He also states he has kept all e-mails, well, so what, I did also. He stated when he bought the tiny camera to make sure I put it in Steve Bejaranos name and NOT Maria Labradas name so I bet maybe he was going to secretly record her or something. Anyway I reported his negative feedback to ebay before he even left it so I am awaiting there response. He also requested contact information from ebay about me and in turn they gave me his information also. My point is "Do onto others as you want done to you"! We could of simply cooled down and agreed at a solution but when he messed up my 100% rating for spite that took the cake. I even told him I would refund all of his money back but he was just being a jerk. Ebayers beware of sporty44-ebay([email protected])
