Steve Brown is a charming #@$ crook!!
He came to our house and offered a great price for hardwood floors and appeared very genuine. We had heard from a friend that her floors were great and he had been the installer.
He took our $4,000 deposit (it was a big job) and we NEVER heard from him again. We have called every day with no reply from Steve; after three weeks, we filed a report with the local police.
If it's too good to be TRUE, then buyer beware!!!
