Dear Willards and all,
Your job was performed and competed as if it was my own house! What you have posted about the workmanship of your job is nothing but fictitious statements, let me remind you and tell all that your suit against me in Shelby County at the Columbiana Court house was presented by my lawyer as being the defendant of your claims of not being done correctly in which we provided all information to you and the courts. Along with that, prior before the court date our lawyers physically walked through your house months later as to see your completed job as it was when we finished and received payment from you, both Lawyers said they found nothing wrong with your complaint filed. However this suit was given judgement to the defendant Steven Crim within the courts of Shelby County in which the suit was filed. Should the Willards or anyone needing more info please contact the Law office of Jonathan Gathings Birmingham Al.
Hollow Tiles? How are Ceramic Tiles hollow? How are they tested? All material was picked out and paid for by the Willards.
In closing, not never once did we ask for money up front nor during the job and went above and beyond in making the Willards happy, giving a 5 year warranty on normal wear and tear is unheard of in the performed job, I did honor that request with all paperwork being notarized and signed. I believe the Willards were out to get something for nothing as their boisterous act in court and out of court.
