Steven Sears Attorney cliient companies have been selling unlicensed products on the internet. these fraudulent items are manufactured at a plant in China in Bejing, Shanghai and Guandong. the pharmacy items and drugs are potentially lethal and can cause injury to unsuspected people.
International import licenses have not been obtained and the suspected route is via Canada with sales on websites. The trade names are viagra, coumadin, plaxil and over the counter remedies. several companies have been located in singapore, hong kong and thailand.
Attorney steven sears client with headquarters in Toronto has controlling interest in swiss hoffman la roche, german Bayer and boots pharmacy in london (UK). This global group of companies has caused the bankruptcy of several US manufacturers. By controlling the distribution of millions of orders and by bypassing the FDA approved order process millions of people are put at risk.
We demand that the suspect companies immediately obtain the approval of US and foreign licensing parties and pay the appropriate royalties owed. violations of international patents will not be tolerated. We have no choice but to shut down any imitators of our patented drug and related over the counter items for sale.

Lead has been found in toys that childen use in the home and baby formula is contaminated with poisons that kill newborns who drink manufactured baby milk produced by factories with lots of facilities not subject to inspection by the FDA or any state agency.
Even wall board placed in homes is causing the escape of formaldyhide fumes that make you vomit and cause internal bleeding under your skin. People have to tear down their homes and rebuild new wall to save their health.
Pet food has filler made from chemicals to make dogs and cats sick and make them die where even the vet cannot save their life. the bad food was sent to petsmart and petco under the famous brand names of PURINA and HILLS BRAND SCIENCE DIET>
Even products labeled made in USA can have by products made in china and can kill you. Heperin was found in the hospital to have poison components and can make you sick or die in the hospiotal, How will you ever know because the label does not show the country of original.

This report appears to be a hoax. Major drug companies do not make their legal claims on ripoffreport.com. If they did, they would use correct punctuation.
Attorney and accountant Steven Sears
of Irvine, Orange County, California, advertises as a tax attorney and
asset protection specialist. He has many legal troubles at this time,
but this is not one of them. A search of "Steven Sears" on this
website will turn up many, many reports where it is apparent that the
words "steven sears attorney" have been inserted in place of other
words in the complaint. Perhaps this is a strategy used by someone
protecting Steven Sears, who hopes to bury reports of his actual legal
problems among reports that are clearly made up and unverifiable.

I have had the displeasure of personally meeting Mr. Sears and taking
legal action against him to recover excessive fees charged by his
office. But I can't agree with filing false reports to either defame
him or deflect attention away from the many actual legal proceedings
now pending against him.
