Reports and consents to process were never filed on patient cases and are backlogged at the Maine General Medical Center as notated by professional staffing by registry online LVN, RN and the faculty of nursing associates providing the stat assignments at the facility.
no members of the faculty or the OR admissions gave their approval to turn in the blank forms with a signature of the admitted patient. without the procedure outlined and the consent approved the patient would not be in HIPPA comliance for patient privacy rights.
The regulations are located at Center For Disease Control, Atlanta GA where complaints can be filed on line or by phone. The facility prides itsself on patient care and any deviation should be immediately corrected for the department head to supervise the negligent staff.
Only the direct involvement of the supervising charge nurse and the on duty physician will return the quality of care guidelines.

I have been to the office and hospital and I know that Dr Sears is a caring physician. It's just the adminstrative staff at the hospital that doen't follow through on procedural protocol. Then patients care suffers and it becomes a downward spiral. the nursing staff is excellent and I would feel comfortable going to MAINE MEDICAL CENTER for treatment.

According to research on the internet, he is a lawyer, doctor, financial advisor, and lord knows what else. According to "Google" is responsible for many scams and linked to Madoff.
Almost all links are to 18 Truman, Irvine, CA. and then it was said it closed and a "for lease" sign posted.
I think they made a movie about this guy, it was called "Catch me if you can"

Steven Sears goes out of his way to make his patients feel comfortable and Dr. Sears and his office team are well respected in the community. We are very fortunate to have them. Keep up the good work.
