On January 12th, 2017, I purchased 2 sets of labels from Stephanie Krahn of Stevie Bean Paperie, an online Etsy shop. The items were marked as dispatched the following day, January 13th, 2017. As of January 30th (17 days later), I had not received my order. Shipping in Canada should take no longer than a week, so I let ample time pass before contacting the seller to let them know that I had not yet received the labels. I asked Ms. Krahn that she refund me for the order.

On January 31st, Ms. Krahn replied stating: "I'm sorry you have not yet received your order. Unfortunately I can't add tracking as you did not select expedited shipping at check out." Adding, "If you'd like to repurchase the mailing labels, I can send them out to you right away." I replied stating that I would not be repurchasing the item, and again requested a refund which Ms. Krahn refused to do, telling me, "I cannot refund an order that I can't guarantee was never received."

If Ms. Krahn refuses to refund customers, she should have manadatory tracking as her shipping option rather than giving customers the choice. By refusing to refund and demanding that customers re-purchased un received items, this is Stevie Bean Paperie's way of making extra money.

Avoid Stephanie Krahn and Stevie Bean Paperie at all costs. Terrible customer service.
