I have been to Stolzfus Rv twice and currently waiting to pickup my RV from them in a few days. While I do not yet have a service related experience at the dealer. My sales experience has been quite pleasant so far. Your rant contains ABSOLULETY no substance or reason behind your dispare. I would love to get more info so that I am better prepared myself.
Or are you just disgruntled ex-employee ?

And, I want you to be taken care of too, but I cannot find where a unit was ever sold or rented to you when searching under your names "Sushib Asura" nor "Sushi Binn". Could you please respond back with the name your unit was sold under and your phone number? Once received, I will research and do everything in my power to resolve your issues...whether it is something we did as a dealership or even if it is an issue to take up with the manufacturer. We are committed to customer service satisfaction and will do everything in our power to help you once we find the name the unit was sold under, what unit it is and exactly what the unit issues are.
