Stone House Management / Nathan A Creep Grows in Brooklyn... I was introduced to Stone House Management a.k.a. "Nathan", after a realtor named "Gary" showed me an apartment that I wanted to rent. Nathan was supposed to do the paperwork, and if everything "checked out" on my side, I would sign a lease, and move in. I paid one months security ,"to hold the room", plus $75 for a background check. Everything seemed to be okay until it came down to signing the lease. All of a sudden problems and excuses kept delaying the lease signing. Now there are no more excuses, as Nathan has become unreachable. He has my money, and I have no place to live. Brooklyn New York
A Creep Grows In Brooklyn
After deciding on an apartment to rent, I was introduced to "Nathan" from Stone House Management, who would do the paperwork with me that was necessary to procure the apartment.
I met him at a loft/office in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. I filled out an application, and a form for a credit check. I gave him the first months rent ("to hold the place"), plus another $75. for the credit check. Now all I have to do is wait until they check out my credit, and we can then move right along.
WRONG!....... "Nathan" says that everything has checked out, all we need to do is sign the lease. "Nathan" is having trouble getting this together. "Nathan" sets up times to meet, puts them off, then cancels them with the promise of another meeting asap. I pack and am ready to move due to "Nathans" promise of a lease signing yesterday (1/19/2014). "Nathan" doesn't answer his phone, and has no voicemail. "Nathan" has stopped answering texts.
"Nathan" has my money. I have no place to live. "Nathan" is a lying, thieving, psychopathic criminal, who is a danger to society and should be locked up... Although, first he needs to give me my money back.
