Heart surgeon must fill out paperwork like they don't have enough to do. This is ridiculous for such a small amt of money. We are giving plenty of notice. This company is very greedy and uncareing.

The airlines have to have documents signed by the doctor because otherwise people will use any excuse to get their money back. As a nurse I will tell you the doctor has the nurse/medical assistant write out the paperwork and then the doctor takes 2 seconds to sign it. The only people who complain about getting a simple signature are people that are either hiding something or lying in an attempt to get money back when they just changed their mind instead of having the legit reason they are claiming.

What does the policy you have with them say about refunds? You left that little detail out of your Report. If it says, and it probably does, that medical reasons must be backed up with a letter from the Dr., then that's it..get over it. I doubt this is any kind of A Ripoff.
