On June 18, 2007 I placed an order on line with jcpenney.com using my check card. Starting on July 28, 2007 a company called Stonebridge started to bill my check card 9.95 a month for a service called "Family Fun Rewards."I never requested, authorized, or desired this service and certainly never authorized my check card to be billed every month 9.95.

I do not even know what services they supply. I had to do a google search of Family Fun Rewards just to find out who and what they were, I hadn't a clue. I found many, many stuperfied people, like myself, being ripped off by these companies just like me. I called jcpenney and started a formal complaint. They gave me the phone number of s****.>

best way to get rid of fun family rewards charges, no matter where they appear is to call jc penney credit services at 1 800 542 0800 ask for fun family rewards, they will provide u a number and even transfer u thru with a smile. tell FFR u did not sign up and wish to receive credit for all months charged and discontinue membership. its that easy!! no need to file with ur bank or anything just call me (i work in the call center lol) online orders are the key way that FFR gets its accounts... pay REAL close attention to the checkout screens!!! this is my least favorite part of working for this company, i dont agree with us allowing ch to be charged like this but i have no say unfortunately.... good luck all!!
