I have been using Stopzilla and other IS3 programs for several years. On theirnbehalf ad in contidiction to several Rip-Off Reports 1) I have received several rebate checks from them. Granted, they are very slow, sometimes taking 3 months, but they do send what they prmised. 2) The techs at Stopzilla are as thorough and caring as any you have ever delt with, and every one I have talked to speaks perfect English. 3) If you have a virus, trojan or any other problem, Stopzilla will work with you 24/7 until it is corrected. They will run special scans to help them identify your problems. One help session may take 2 hours which would cost over $100 at somewhere like Dell and it is done at no charge from Stopzilla. 4) I had so much success with the original Stopzill, I now use it, along with MaxPC and Shield Deluxe 2010 for all of my security software. It catches things that both McAfee and Norton's missed. I deleted the 3 years of McAfee that came with my new PC, started using Stopzilla, ad have ever had a problem that couldn't be remedied in a few minutes. 5) Most problems you incur have been identified and fixed before you even knew they existed. Give these guys a chance and I don't think you'll be sorry. After your initial subscription is up, talk to them and they can usually find you a great deal for renewal, such as a discounted fee or another rebate check.
