In 2013 I was injured on the job. Workman's comp was kicking me to the curb saying I was MMI. Knowing this was not true with the pain I was in I was referred to Bryan Storer who is also a licensed doctor and attorney.
When I walked into Brayn's building the first time he could automatically see I was not walking right. After our consultation
Bryan Storer started working on my case against workman's comp. This was not an easy case, but with Bryan's hard work we won my case allowing for surgery to be done.
Just under 3 years of going thru this Bryan never once faltered in any decision on moving my case forward. My case actually set a new president for future cases like mine at the Industrial Commission. This would not have happened if Bryan Storer was not a good attorney, this goes to prove he works hard for those who have been injured on the job. He doesn’t give up. If you go in and are trying to pull a fast one and when your deception comes to the surface you will be turned away. Bryan told me at first that if I was not being honest throughout the process then he would terminate our contract for his services immediately.
When I see negative reports against Bryan Storer I think these people
1) really didn’t have a case or
2) lied and got found out and became disgruntled because Bryan refused to be their attorney.
Overall, I highly recommend Bryan Storer for your attorney. He will fight for you and has a very impressive track record in winning cases.

If I were you, I would FIRE bryan scott storer as your attorney as fast as you can. He is a psychopathic liar and will tell you he hates insurance companies and tell you stories about his other clients and try to get you to believe he is on your side. He has very serious formal complains pending against him at the Idaho State Bar. You can request his disciplinary history if you follow this link isb.idaho.gov/bar_counsel/bc_info_req.html
Request his disciplinary history and you won't believe he is still practicing law in Idaho. Please FIRE him as fast as you can and get as far away from him as you can. You can also read the charges pending against him at this link scribd.com/doc/61288208/Bryan-Scott-Storer-Boise-Idaho-Attorney-Amended-Complaint-FC-10-04-Filed-May-17-2011-by-the-Professional-Conduct-Board-Idaho-State-Bar#scribd
Did he tell you he no longer does litigation for any of his clients? (that means he won't go to court for you if your case needs to go to court) He tricks his clients into thinking he will fight for them, but when it comes down to it he will hand you off to his buddy clinton e miner. He will also drag your case out by filing unnecessary court papers just to look like he's done something for you, but he's actually done nothing but make your case longer than it should be. If you don't believe any of this just go ahead and search his name on the Idaho Repository website where he is a representing attorney and you can see he does nothing but file court documents just to drag out a case and makes cases way longer than they need to be. Go ahead and call other attorneys in Boise and as them about storer. He is not welcome in any court room in Idaho due to his reputation.

I just acquired Bryan as my attorney in a personal injury suit. After reading this I'm questioning whether or not I made the right decision in having him my attorney on my case. Does anyone else have any issues with this attorney and should I put my trust in him to handle my case. I would like to see more than one instance posted on here so I can make an informed decision.

I have been wronged by Bryan Scott Storer also. How do I contact you or get in touch with you? How can we contact or get in touch with other former or current clients?
Please double check your paperwork with Storer Injury Lawyers especially the subrogation portion of your claim. I think he may be taking advantage of the subrogation portion of the settlements that his clients do not know about.
Please call the insurance companies to make sure the attorney hasn't taken money that was owed to you. Please contact another attorney to have him check your paperwork with the settlement just to make sure all numbers add up.
If he said he paid other attorneys, please verify the amount he said he paid them and if he paid expert witnesses please call the expert witnesses to make sure they were paid what your settlement papers say they were paid.
