GO TO: http://www.saltlakecity.bbb.org/commonreport.html?compid=2000585 This BBB report /7/04 under Government Action specifically states that per StoresOnline agreement they offer 3 day right to rescind, refund CA identified consumers, provide list of optional services PRIOR to finalizing sale and disclose that access to a computer is required to utilize their products & services. I agree with your 2nd paragraph. I was sold a program that initially started with infomercial purchase of Auctions for Income. When "Auctions for Income Success Team" /The Summit Group, called they made the sale based on ROI of 30-90 days. Speaking to them after the sale they kept saying you don't have to make any money for three years, you can write off the losses. Very conflicting information. To get all of your money refunded you must be able to prove misrepresentation, deception: What they told you to get you to buy vs. what you received and how it doesn't represent what you were told. Disclose all product titles, company names etc., in your reports. Please see my report at: http://ripoffreport.com/reports/ripoff109132.htm StoresOnline dba's: Galaxy Mall Inc, General Pacific Partners, Inetseminars, NetGateway Inc., Storesonline.com, Imergent Inc Good luck to you !!
