There complaints dated back to 2000 and I am going to show these to my lawyer and I urge you all to do the same. Storesonline does not want any "issues" about them to surface so they will come to an agreement with you. The California Attorney General's office is investigating them again because several of us have complained. This company is going down. There are having another workshop about 30 miles from my home and I will be there with all of the complaints posted so far. Someone asked about concrete evidence, go back to year 2000 because there is plenty of information to use in there.

I did the same thing in 2002 and felt like an idiot but I just did not read this website until it was too late. Anyway, depending on the county where it was sold to you, call the District Attorneys Office and then have them call the District Attorneys Office in San MAteo. He was great and knows all about these crooks. Maybe they can give you some guidance since you live in the Bay Area. As a side note check out SMC on rip off reports and tell me it isn't the same devil in a different costume. These people have to be stopped.

To Dawn of Aptos, CA. See the message 5 complaints before you entitled Storesonline 745 dated 4/17/2004. The State of California filed a successful suit against StoresOnline for violation of door-to-door sales laws requiring reimbursement of victims. Seek your remedy there. I am pursuing assistance of the Office of Consumer Protection in my state and anticipate a successful conclusion. From another idiot. Wish I had looked into ripoffreport.com before signing up too.
