So, just an update on this fraction of a man...
He text me on about.... 5.2.11 and said he had a revised cap sheet and an additional check for me. As suspected, he flat out lied to get his jollies since he is too much of a sissy boy to come see me in person. It has been over 2 weeks now and he has mailed nothing, so just to let everyone know what kind of cheat, liar, weasel he really is... here ya go. If you so happen to be one of the unlucky to run across this guy and want to work with/for him... Read these facts first!
All this over a few hundred lousy bucks... the funny thing is that I could care less about the dough, it is the principal of him being a total sham liar that gets me heated.... I will keep updating if I ever hear anything again.

This report shows up written by an anonymous author, after careful review we have determined it was written by a salesman in our Denver, CO office named Eric Merhout. Mr. Merhout clearly has a much distorted account of the actual events in this matter. The facts I will present here will clearly demonstrate our companys solid reputation and upstanding credibility with our staff, customers and building officials alike.
Mr. Merhout started with Storm Guard Restoration, LLC in Denver in September of 2010. He claims in his report that he has been with our company for two years, untrue. How could he turn in a job in July 2010 if he on staff here?
Mr. Merhout Mentions we operate under AKA as Silverback Roofing. Untrue, there is no record of a Silverback roofing in the State of Colorado. (Reference: State of CO. Secretary of state)
Mr. Merhout claims we have no office in Denver, untrue. The address is 7332 S. Alton Way #13A Centennial, CO 80112
Mr. Merhout mentions he turned in a job in July 2010, untrue. He turned in "One" job total with Storm Guard in December 2010. (Documented and available for review).
Mr. Merhout for some reason felt that we should apply a new roof to his only clients house in the middle of winter. We explained to him that it is not our policy to break the manufactures installation recommendations and we scheduled and built the job in early spring of 2011.
Mr. Merhout sites that the workmanship was horrible and failed city inspection multiple time, untrue. The job failed the city inspection one time for what the city referred to "as a minor infraction." is was corrected promptly and passed inspection.
Mr. Merhout mentions that he was only paid two hundred dollars on this job, Untrue. He states in his rip-off report that he should have had a commission of eight hundred dollars but was only paid two hundred. As the Capp sheet clearly spells out his commission was in fact $764.69. Mr. Merhout was paid an advance of $500 when he turned the job in for production. Our commission policy at Storm Guard has been consistent since 2003. Mr. Merhout was provided a "Capp Sheet that clearly discloses ALL revenue taken in on a job and ALL expenses paid out on a job. In addition, we had to have another sales representative collect his final checks from the homeowner because he refused to follow through. Our policy and his contract states that if any representative leaves the company with unfinished business that we do not have to pay them any further commissions. As a courtesy to Mr., Merhout we only charged him $40 to have someone collect the final check from the homeowner.
Storm Guard had no financial obligation what so ever to pay him his final check on this file for $224.69. We did it because regardless of the salesmans mishaps we play honest and fair with everyone that enters our company.
As a courtesy to the readers and to document the misstated facts of Mr. Merhout, we will be glad to make any and all documents available including the final CAPP sheet for his commission.
As always Storm Guard Restoration, LLC will continue to uphold the integrity of our A+ BBB rating on a nationwide basis.
