I ordered a dedicated connection. Supposedly to be on 24/7 (advertised as 1 call per month!). Yet I repeatedly got disconnected. When I cancelled, they claimed it was my hardware - total BS. Works fine with others. The log showed they disconnected. They are also billing after cancelling, and charged me for equipment they never sent.
