Strategic Tax Resolutions scam Carlsbad California
my wife has irs issues, we contacted strategic tax resolutions. we made monthly payments to str by having them auto deduct from our bank account, they over deducted our account by over $500.00. when we finally were able to contact a real person there, they agreed they over charged us and were sending a refund check right away...30 days later, we have not seen a refund!
they sent one letter to us in novmember 2007 to inform us that my wife owes nothing to the irs, the irs has told us different,she still has issues. they have taken over $3900.00 from us for a $3400.00 contract and have done nothing. now they don't return emails or phone calls, when we call them and they happen to answer the phone, we get disconnected. we want all our money back!!!
