Strategy Credit Group ripoff dishonest misrepresentation fraud Stamford Connecticut
I hired Strategy Credit to work on my credit report. They promised to raise my scores and take off all negative and incorrect reportings. After I initially paid $2716.00 to them, I was told to pay them another $1525.00 to further be able to fix the problems. This went on for a 2 year period of them promising to fix my credit report. Items would come off for a month or two but go directly back on, lowering my scores again.
My rep, Oksana Quirk was very lax on responding. In my contract, it was specifically noted that I would receive weekly updates by email. The only way I would get these was if I asked for them. I continually had to badger these people to get any work done and the work was never a permanent solution, as was promised to me on many occasions.
I have asked for all of my money to be returned to me and the only response I was getting from Oksana was to pay them more money to fix the problems.
The problems I have had with Strategy range from mispresentation of their services, lies to me continually about getting these items off of my credit report permanently and their continually asking for more money when they never met any of their promised obligations.
