Street Talk unprofessional strong arm robbery Nashville Tennessee
On 3/ 17/14 while shopping my boss & I came across this kiosk filled with cell phone cases & decided to buy a few. In the process the employee showed us this cool glittered privacy screen protector. So my boss and I spend about $70 at the kiosk as we're paying the employee is listening in on our conversation about my boss coming back to get the privacy screen protector on her other device & tells us if we bring the device back she'll give us the privacy protector for $10. Upon returning on 3/22/14 the same employee charges us $15. Please understand the importance here is honoring what you say or do not $5.00 after going round & round for 20 minutes with this lady we end up paying the extra $5 but will never ever do business with nor send any business their way!!! I am a customer service rep. & server so I know if you say it you need to honor it!!! Oh & the phone cases we bought don't glow in the dark as we were told they would.
