This company is overcharging for services after a contract was cancelled and billed.  This company uses unfair and unreasonable business practices.  Deceptive.  Failure to produce itemized bills.  This company was brought to Arizona Small Claims court by us and we won our judgement for them to pay us back $845.00 which they have NOT paid since June 25, 2010.  Case Number - cc-2010-125118, maricopa county justice courts.  We paid over $1500 towards an internet template.  We won the judgement but this programming company does sloppy work, overcharges, when asking questions, they cancel.  Therefore leaving your website program unfinished.  They use deceptive practices.  We are still trying to collect the debt that was legally awarded to us in Court.  We won the lawsuit against them.  Note: See court documents/judgment links for monies due.

When we first met ravenandcrone.com, their website was riddled with hacks and malware. Over the course of two years, we began to enhance the way data is presented which allowed her sales to skyrocket. We're very happy we help other companies succeed in eCommerce.

Mrs. Jane Weisner of TrashyCat LLC does not nor did she ever have a fixed rate contract. Their company misrepresented the state of their existing codebase. Their 6.2 store and all of it's customizations had to be upgraded to 6.4.1a This was NOT included in the original estimate. Nor was having to redo a photoshop layer file twice because of flaws introduced by their designer.

You did admit you owe it in court and the JUDGE told you that you have to PAY for work done.

You edited comments that did not belong to you and you consistently avoided participating in project development by avoiding the project tracker. Posting to unrelated issues to cause confusion. Your recurring monthly services were terminated due to verbal and written abuses. You had full access for the remainder of your monthly term to access all code and tracker. trashycat.strikehawk.com shall remain open for public viewing to rebuttal your claims under The Lanham (Trademark) Act (title 15, chapter 22 of the United States Code) It represents the state of the project before you demanded your code be turned over as-is to your hosting company and close all issues.

Pay your over-due invoice, please. Stop the ongoing harassment.

I have been doing business with Strike Hawk Hosting since their inception. I can say they are the best hosting company I have ever dealt with. Someone is always available for tech support. There is rarely any wait time. When I have concerns or questions they are there to answer and help. Any issues I have are resolved without question. Their billing policies are the fairest I have ever had because of their knowledge and customer service. Any custom work I have had them do was done completely, in a timely manner and priced as quoted. My sales have doubled every year since I signed on with them. This is due to their guidance and expertise. David Graham and Denver Prophit are two of the most down to earth and fair minded people I have had the pleasure to do business with. I would not hesitate to refer anyone I know to Strike Hawk Hosting.

Theft of Services Response from Trashy Cat

However StrikeHawk Terminated Us.  StrikeHawk partially completed and never transferred over any new attribute work, which were unauthorized and unapproved prior to commencement.   The day after they terminated us as a client.   We believe this is because we questioned Mr. Denver Prophit and Mr. David Grahams business practices and billing.

We asked for an itemized bill and agreed to pay if any monies were owed, which were not.  After 3 attempts to get a bill with no response, it was determined that legal action was necessary.

On the record and recorded, Mr. Denver Graham admitted that Mr. Prophit stated they would have to eat that portion of the bill because StrikeHawk made a mistake and terminated the contract prior to billing and never submitted the new attribute work to us.

The $862.50 which there still billing us now with interest and penalties, was overturned in court and an additional judgement was awarded to us in June 2010 which were still trying to collect.

Trashy Cat LLC does not owe StrikeHawk one thin dime.  We pay our bills that we legally owe.  We paid StrikeHawk over $1500 without question for a mere template.  When the whole website only cost $3.000 originally.

Mr Graham has a copy of the transcripts.  The court was taped.  Remember the transcripts are public record and available to anybody.   We told the truth. Beware of StrikeHawk.

Perjury under oath

Mrs. Weisner reports services rendered without estimate or approval yet states under oath in a court of law that the attribute work was done and they were going to pay with a more detailed invoice. Our invoice line items refer back to the issue tracker per item and denotes dates of labor recorded for that billing period.

Mrs. Weisner, President of TrashyCat LLC did not have a signed contractual agreement of any kind. Their claim of unfair and unreasonable business practices was lost. They were given documentation on billing and work procedures at the beginning of the project. They were trained how to use the issue tracker and 98% of the time received 3rd and final warnings of over due invoices. It was only at that time they would pick up the phone and complained and created a hostile work environment by not posting issues to the correct bug track issue, sending direct emails, using the hosting support tracker or just pick up the phone and not put down in writing much of anything.

The complete working website can be found at http://trashycat.strikehawk.com and is released under the Lanham Act for public commentary of a copyright work.  We will also be RECLAIMING our intellectual property, very soon. Their claim of unfinished work is not entirely true. All issues were requested to be closed BY THE CLIENT. All code was demanded to be transferred to hostgator.com AS IS.

Mrs. Weisner's services were not renewed at the end of the billing cycle for repeated verbal and written abuses as well as editing comments in the tracker that DID NOT belong to her.

So after all of this, one has to wonder whether or not it is a smart idea to do business with unethical people?

Mrs Jane Weisner is correct in that they did win the judgement. Having the judgement vacated is in process. Reasons cannot be divulged at this time.  You may request an audio cd of the hearing of which Mr. and Mrs. Jane Weisner admits under oath of having the work for attribute work done and did request a detailed invoice of that work. Yet, they claim also that they never requested the work. They lost their original claims and did NOT win the total amount they requested. Again, you may seek the public documents relating to their original claim.

The attribute code work was the bulk of work to be done on trashycat.com  Each invoice included line items referring back to the mantisbt bug tracker for the services preformed during that two week period. At no time was this client given a contract or fixed price. Their designer also provided sloppy work of which had to be done over two times. Mrs. Jane Weisner tried to place the blame on our company for having to slice up PSD files and send back when layers were not correct.  They also admit in court that the site works. So much for sloppy work.

Freelancer's beware and refuse all work request from this company. They refuse to work correctly in bug trackers and call to harass you. Their monthly services were terminated for repeated verbal and written abuses.

Mrs Weisner, refrain from libelous slander or you may face further civil action in court. You lost your claim of deceptive practices and you still owe over $940
