March 13, 2015, a customer visted my webstore and a purchase using their credit card. That card was processed by Stripe and money taken from customer's card. The money was never deposited/transferred into my bank account. I e-mailed Stripe numerous times and all they did was tell me how sorry they were and they needed more information to investigate. However, even when I gave them more information, they only gave me, "we're so sorry" stories. Five weeks later and I still do not have my money.
