Stubaus Transport Chris/ Christina Stubaus Ripped me off.. Will not pay me for my last week working for the company, or pay me the $2,000 dollar Escrow I had made when I was there. Elk Grove Village Illinois
I worked for Chris and his wife Christina at Stubaus Transport for about 4 months.. It was one of my biggest mistakes I've done yet..I won't go on and on about how s****y the company is because as u can see am not the only person they ripped off. As of 5/2/2016 I got done for Stubaus Transport because i was driving one of his trucks that needed front end work.. Because the the work on the truck wasn't done I ended up going off the road. The piovet arm on the truck broke when I was driving it and put me in a ditch..( When this arm brakes u can't control the steering on that side). After this I rode back to Chicago with his bother and stayed at Chris's for a few days.. I then got a flight back home to NY and on the understanding that I was coming back to work in about a week.. When I was home that's when I found out Stubaus Transport wasn't going to pay me for the week I ran before the accident . I ran 4,975 miles the week before which comes to $2,206.80 at .45 cents a mile .I also had a $2,000 dollar escrow account builted up. The total amount they owe me is $4,206.80.
I got all logs showing were I been , got copy's of fuel slips, I got Bill of Ladings for the loads I did but yet I haven't got my pay. My family and child are about to loss are home because I been gone for over a month on the road working and I thought when I got home I wound b able to pay all my bills with the money I had made.So if there is anyone that reads this please feel free to contract me if they can help me and my family out about getting my pay that's owed to me. So please beware if your thinking about taking a job with these people please remember most likely if u get done for them u will not get paid for your work. So again if any lawyers or people that knows of a way to help me get the money owed to me please contact me.This Company should b shut down and put out of business ..I will continue my fight with this because it's not right to take a advance of hard working people like these scum have done.

Your post is amazing and says the same thing the others say.. So it's obvious they're scumbags.. There's no way all these drivers are lying.. It's nice you leave a contact #.. It's the truth.. I've dealt with this before... Scam artists are the worst people to be around.. He's too cheap to fix the trucks the right way.. That's why drivers have these problems.. Christian Stupid I mean Stubaus (aka Captain Clicker)steals from everyone.. Files false tax documents that the IRS knows about already... Allows drivers to drive high off their a** which DOT knows about but these things take time to resolve..it's just the way it is.. It shouldn't dealing with drugs and trucks, but it didn't take long for me to figure out that the owner uses cocaine, by the clicking sounds he makes. However he won't be able to pay off the drug testing facilities when DOT gets ahold of Him.He will steal your money and your escrow because he needs that to support his habit. Just look at his record out of Florida with the violence, etc.. It's disgusting.. He will not change and who wants to work for someone like that? He tried to offer me one of his so called lease deals and it's all about him. YOU WiLL LOSE..If he'll do what he did to you on a smaller scale think about a bigger scale so I'm glad I never did something like that.. I can help you recover your money and it'll take a little time, but you'll get it.. For those even considering working for Stubaus Transport/ Majik Trucking ( which is spelled wrong trying to run a company like a gang). DON'T DO IT!! It's not a permanent job as these things will catch up with him and his followers.. Good Luck
