Complaint Review: stubaus transport - Elk Grove Village Illinois

 what I'm saying. This company if you can call it one, is a joke. They don't even know what their doing half the time. People can talk highly about a company but this is the same company that threatened to kick us out of our truck because we wouldn't run threw a Utah port of entry illegal. The same company that will leave you sitting for hours when you need fuel, the same that will either ignore you or just flat out shut their phones off for days. The people behind the company our good people, do they know what their doing, who knows. Every company has its scam or flaw. Every driver knows this. So I'll say, take your chance and maybe you'll do great here, minus a day waiting for an answer and load. Expect to run your a** off!!! We did. Truck repairs, fuel prices, advances threw us off. But we were driving 387 enough said. Merry Christmas.

 Well I must say you truly have no idea what you are saying and don't pay attention to detail. And yes you are nuts by your own doing..Right off the bat you're talking about arm fees.. Atm?? I gotta keep it short because it's a waste of time especially from someone's spending habits are bigger than the brain that he has.. As far as I know when I used to get a advance on a comcheck I had to pay petro etc a check cashing fee because I wanted the money. Your gonna pay regardless that's why it's not even worth anyone's time reading the rest especially from someone who's got different names.. Sounds like a disgruntled employee that wants everything given to him on a silver platter... Your past problems obviously have traveled over to a new company and are constantly complaining and envy others that work hard for the things they have. Just quit if you don't like the people or whatever and buy a truck.. Do it your way... But you won't or can't, and instead just waste time dwelling on things like this that you'll always be a steering wheel holder, never learn, and never be a true owner operator...

 Obviously you're a friend of Mr. Stubaus. Maybe you outta lay off with the "I am so much better at trucking than you" crap. It's nauseating! What the author left out is......charge backs galore!!! You WILL pay both ATM fees for advances($140/week), you get charged for idling more than five hours a day (USDOT required break is 10 hours) at gallon and a half per hour at current fuel price (no truck burns that much an hour post 1989!!!) per hour, you are required to be 1099 and have no rights as a private contractor instead of taxed employee, you are required to pay $2000 for "escrow" just in case you damage equipment, plus you must always have a paycheck "in the hole" which mean if you were off the previous week you will have to wait two weeks after before you are paid again. If you park your trailer in a secure location and bobtail home, you WILL get charged for the mileage!!! I must say that while reading your post in my truck is very interesting but sounds like a one sided story with false statements. I myself have been a O/O for 15 yrs and been driving for 27 and it isn't easy. When i started i was behind on bills and had truck repairs,etc. I borrowed money with bad credit and my interest rate was 24% on a loan. If you know someone that loans money to you w/o interest please let me know,and if not dont borrow it. I had to cut down on things i normally spend money on for fun because i wanted to be successful. To be successful you have to be smart, budget money,run hard, and be on time. Kids? uprooted them so they're in the truck with you?

Hmm. The Co. i lease my trucks to doesnt allow any riders so you should be thankful.. As far as anyone in this Country having a record and turning their life around and owning any business I'm all for it. That's great because i know guys without them that lie, always late, and for some reason tear up equiptment etc. and just think it's no big deal. that's irresponsibility and very costly to a business. Another true statement is if they tell you where to fuel it's for a reason. my guess would be cheaper fuel but i think it's sounds like You want the free showers and reward points. So I'm not very impressed with your theories because a lot of it doesn't make sense, and I'm giving true statements about the way some drivers are in this industry.

It's all about me(selfishness) and being out of touch with reality. Maybe you could take a refresher course or save $165,000 for a brand new W900 Kenworth but no one's gonna give that to you either and if they did it'd probably be repoed within a few months. Cause it sounds like this company is giving you a lot of money which they really don't have to do,and you pay them back with unbelievable stories and probably a bit more but theyre always interesting because you hear it all day long in the truck stops,and on the cb radio, cause it sounds like you've brought a lot of past problems created by yourself to a new employer,that is giving you a oppurtunity,money,etc. Speaking for myself if i help someone out and they continue to bring drama and friction in the company they're done.. I myself wouldn't hire you and if i did you'd be done and looking for another job. lets's face it you said it yourself you'd jump ship asap but I'd know that before you said it and you probably don't have any criminal record.
