STUBHUB Don't be fooled about ads about Stubhub! Their crooks! Internet, California
So much for seeing the awesome ads and sponsors about Stubhub.
Stubhub customer service is horrible!!! I sold a couple of tickets via Stubhub.Followed all their instructions.
So far,so good,had no troubles with my sales,and my sales had no complaints for more than 7 days.
Wake up one morning,find out that my account has been de-activated by Stubhub.No email,no explaination whatsoever.I call customer service,which their rep cant even no the reason why its been locked out!!!! I'm like how can you not know..She insists only another department has now the right to contact me.
I wait for their call back,which a Marquira calls me,and demands copies of the tickets and ticket reciept of purchases..Well hello??? If i sold the tickets to the buyer,how on earth am I suppose to send them a copy of the tickets????? IT DOESN'T MAKE SENSE!!!!!!!!
I told her in order to track down the tickets,I need the ticketmaster order numbers on them!!! WHich I emailed her several times,called and no answer whatsoever back.!!!!!1
RIDICOLOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!
After a few days,I start noticing they are now cancelling all my ticket sales!!!!! With no explanation whatsoever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Not only that,but they hold on to my payment I've received via paypal!!!!!!!!!
SO in the end,the buyer gets free tickets,and Stubhub keeps their commission!!!!!!1
Never again will I use,stay away from Stubhub as far possible! Your better off selling on other sites,then deal with the miserable service of Stubhub
