Stucky Brothers ripoff warranty practices Fort Wayne Indiana
We purchases a refrigerator 3 years ago. The compressor went out and was covered under warranty. But we soon discovered that Stucky's charges $89 to come out and diagnose the problem We feel that we would not have had to pay this fee if the warrantied part had not went bad in the first place. This is a ripoff to suggest that an appliance is covered under warranty and then come back with such an exorbatant fee! The advertised warranty is very deceitful. What a RIPOFF!!

Just a comment, If you buy brakepads that have a lifetime warranty on the part dont you have to pay the labor to replace them just like a compressor why would you think you wouldnt have to pay the labor when the part is the only thing that is coverd and 89 for a house call and labor is cheap there is another company in fort wayne that charges 100 for a housecall
