Student Services Addison Tx unauthorized charge of my credit card Internet
My daughter completed some paperwork for her college and a few weeks later I received a phone call from student services inc stating my daughter had requested some information for her SAT/PSAT and that they were ready to send it out to her. (Had my daughter been home I would have verified) I agreed to view the material for 14 days, 30 if needed. She stated that my card would not be charged until after the 14 days were up and I decided to keep the material. My card was charged the very next day. when I realized it I called the customer service and they stated that my money would be refunded wihin 24 hours. That never happened so I called again today and was told that once I received the material they I needed to send it back to them with my RA number and once it was received they would start to work on my refund. This is not what I agreed to, they lied to me and misrepresented their company. This is bad business practice so I warn anyone dealing with them, be prepared to have your card charged immediately.
