I placed an order through Stuff 2 Buy last week given their great price. I have yet to receive a confirmation or tracking number, although my paypal account was

debited.

However, a little research online-- and some really

unprofessional behavior from this guy, whose name is

James-- has verified that this is a scam business.

He was formerly doing business as "Best Bargains USA"

also in Virginia. Once he got busted by irate

customers, he changed to another phone number...but

Google never forgets...

The guy's name is James . I know this first because I

found his name online in some scam forums.

I verified this by calling the service number listed

on the emails we received, and some guy simply said

"Hello?" When I asked him if it was James, he

nervously asked who I was. When I said I wanted to

order something, he then said he was James. I then

mentioned my order, said I have received no

confirmation, etc. He then got defensive and said ir

would go out on Tuesday. Then when I asked him to

confirm it would, he said, "oh, your order was

cancelled," then became hostile, and said "I don't

need to deal with this BULLSHIT" and hung up on me.

I had never cancelled my order.

I have contacted Paypal and they are going to refund

my money. I hope you all can do the same. If you

want to know about James and his former businesses,

see below:

This is what someone has written about him online:

>>"James is anything but legit! He's a two bit crook

working out of a $70k house in Virginia (which means

it's a piece of c**p based on real estate prices in

VA). He tried to pull the same scam on me for an

escrow.com order. He short ships, and/or ships the

wrong items (always with a total value WAY below what

your order is), and then tries to get you to order

MORE, so he'll ship out the correct order.

I told him to ship via ground on a Friday because I

wasn't going to be home on the weekend, and I didn't

want to have the inspection period start when I wasn't

physically there to inspect it. So what does he do, he

ships it NEXT DAY AIR, with Saturday delivery! He was

under the impression that if he could show delivery,

the clock would tick and force me to either, 1) accept

the shipment without the benefit of inspection, or 2)

I'd have to reject and ship it back. It turns out I

didn't have to be away as expected, so I caught his

little scam when it arrived.

He shipped completely different items than what I had

ordered. When I rejected the shipment on escrow.com,

he almost IMMEDIATELY called to ask why. When I told

him it wasn't what I ordered, he said "Those were FREE

gifts for being such a good customer, and your actual

order went out today via NDA". WHAT BS! Who sends out

$2k in free stuff for a $10k order?! He then tries to

get me to buy more stuff so I can get my real order,

because now he has to call back my recently shipped

order from FedEx.

And when I send the crap back that he sent, HE rejects

the shipment back claiming I didn't return everything.

Luckily for me, I had a hunch that I was being set-up

because the weight of the box listed for the tracking

number was way too light for my order. I still have

the emails he sent to me accusing me of trying to rip

him off! So, when it came, I took pics of EVERYTHING,

from unopened box, to all contents inside the box. I

was almost forced to go through arbitration at an

additional cost of $500 to get this cleared up and get

my money released until Brandon Abbey, the president

of escrow.com, stepped in.

He sent both of us an email saying that he knew one of

us was trying to commit fraud, and that he had a

contact in the FBI Cyber Forensic Unit that he'd be

more than happy to turn the case over to in order to

clear this up. Lo and Behold, within the hour James

accepts the return shipment, and my funds are

released.

People, this guy is nothing but a scammer and a thief.

I know personally that someone on this forum has lost

some serious money to this guy. DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD

THAT HE SAYS!"<<<

Best of luck, folks.
