Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Subaru of Port Richey takes advantage of the elderly and mentally handicapped. The dishonest back handed and shady way of doing business is shameful to say the least. Pressuring an individual into buying a vehicle that medically cant even drive is a crime. The sales associate Ted Bie is a disgrace to the dealership. My Uncle who just moved here from California so that we could help take care of him as his health and mental capabilities deteriorate, walked into this location to admire the vehicles on the lot. Ted Bie the sales associate talked him into buying a 2013 Chrystler Convertible with $29000 miles on it. My uncle is handicapped and living on a very minimal disability income and is not capable of driving nor is he capable of making rational decisions, was then issued Insurance with the help of the dealership and set free with the vehicle. We contacted the dealership immediately when he returned with the vehicle to explain the situation to them and let them know that he wasn't able to drive. The sales associate Ted Bie and Finance Manager Kevin Upton were not in any form cooperative and told us that he signed the documents so he was stuck with the car. We contacted the lender for the loan and they understood and told us to return the car to the lot and to have the finance manager Kevin Upton contact them that they would be more than willing to undo the deal that was made since they too felt that it was a disgusting act of taking advantage of the less fortunate. We returned to the lot with the vehicle they refused to undo the arrangement and threatened my Uncle with collections and a law suit if he did not keep the vehicle. I am now hiring an attorney , reporting them to the better business bureau and making it public knowledge of this obvious and appalling act of disrespect and abuse of our elderly and handicapped citizens.
