Suburban Green & White Taxi Green & White Taxi They laughed at my DISABLED parents & DENIED them service. St. Paul Minnesota
On the morning of 2/27/14 my parents had an appointment so they called a taxi (The biggest mistake of their lives!) They called and were told there would a 30min to 1hour wait they agreed and said ok. They called back after 30mins to check on the taxi and were told 45min wait and said ok. After that they rescheduled their business appointment to an hour later than original time so they wouldn't be late for it.
When my mother called back to the taxi service after an hour an half later the receptionist told my mother her taxi had been cancelled. My mother at his time became upset and rightfully so, My mother spoke to the lady calmly asking her why the taxi had been cancelled the lady gave some excuse as to imply my mother hung up her during the call thus cancelling the appointment.
Which made no sense to me at all since my mother had repetedly called back to check on the arrival of the taxi. So now my mother asked to speak to the supervisor and they transfered her multiple times to different receptionist until she finally got the "Supervisor" the lady my mother spoke with was named Kandi at the St. Paul, Mn Green & White Taxi Co. Owned by Gary Allen Tournier.
The lady was extremly rude, unapologetic and became hostile & combative over the phone when my mother asked who was the owner of the company, kandi replied continuously "That's irrelavant" all the while her and various employees laughed in the background which could be heard over the phone.
Kandi displayed a repugnat and deplorable lack of customer service skill even after my mother informed her that they were disabled and really needed a taxi asap. Kandi then responded sarcastically by saying she would try really, really, super dupper hard to get them a taxi. While people laughed in the background then she hung up and never sent the taxi.
