Sud Studs, Inc. Mobile Detailing Mobile Detailing Bad Check Received, Extortion, Deceptive Advertising Atlanta Georgia
I received a coupon from Jake Franco who own's a Mobile Car Wash and Detailing Service named Sud Studs. His company is located in Atlanta GA. The coupon was for $25.00 off if I paid full retail. Once I paid full retail, Jake Franco said he would refund my coupon savings with a company check. Jake Franco said he would write my refund check the following day and I finally received his company check about 4 weeks later. I went to cash it and the check was NO GOOD. He wrote me a bad check. As far as my car, I paid top dollar for his service and I was totally dissatisfied with the job. The floor carpets and seats were still really stained and dirty, my rocker panels were still covered with road tar and my car smelled like someone had been smoking all day in it. My car smells horrible and I cannot get the smell out. I would NEVER recommend his Company Sud Studs to anyone. Jake Franco steals from people, uses deceptive advertising and writes bad checks. STAY AWAY FROM SUD STUDS AND JAKE FRANCO. HE RIPPED ME OFF.

It is easy to stand on a soapbox and criticize from afar. It is quite another to come forward and demand satisfaction. If somebody knowingly wrote me a bad check which I'm sure is not the case here, I would not only try to collect but I would report them to law enforcement. As far has my car goes, I would have not even left the premises without having the problem corrected. It makes you wonder about the validity of this claim. This person is sounding more and more like a disgruntled employee or someone with a personal axe to grind. I have used their services for over 2 years now. I have had nothing but positive experiences and have referred many of my friends and relatives and much to their delight. Jake is an honest business man, has reputable, clean-cut employees and does not allow food or drink much less smoking anywhere near the cars that are being detailed. I implore any and all to use his services for your car.
