The employers / staff listed in the above complaint are no longer around. The place is no longer owned by the same individuals and the staff is also completely new. I'm a customer that has seen this wash go through 3 different owners in a relatively short period of time. It was "Super Sudz" and then it was "The Wave" for a little while, but they didn't last long. It is now going by "Sudz" again, and the new owner / staff are much more competent and friendly than those previous. Just thought I'd give a heads up on that.

Tina, It is illegal to have you clock out, but remain at work. Not to mention unethical. If she told you to clock out, you must be free to go home, otherwise it is considered to be working you off the clock. Find a new job.
