These charges were falsely accused, the dogs in question were only at my house for less than a week, proof was given from my vet along with paperwork showing when I got the dogs, they were at the vet before coming to my home on the day I got them. Here's the proof that all charges were dismissed.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact me or contact the district court in faulkner county for further information! Thank you!
I do not spread false accusations, nor do I spread incomplete information without all the details and proof.

I am happy to announce that this issue has been resolved. Ms. Parracino and I have worked this out between us, to the satisfaction of both parties. I have been to Ms. Parracino's home and can personally attest the exceptional care that she provides for her dogs. I sincerely regret having prematurely written the original post. I admit that some things were said that shouldn't have been and for that I do apologize.

Mrs. McCarther has never been convicted of Animal Cruelty in any county or state. The above allegations made by Ms Parracino are false and will be handled in court as slander.

I do not usually dignify such a comment, with a response,
however I will make an exception in this case!
First and most importantly, there are two sides to every story! Talk is
cheap and is not always accurate, and usually does not give the FULL
TRUTH! Inquire for yourself versus listening to others!
There are many reasons as to why Mrs. McCarther will NOT receive this pup,
reasons that I would be most willing to discuss with you, if you would like to
give me a call: 870-269-5947. I will however share this with you, as this
is a matter of PUBLIC RECORD! I WILL NOT place any pup/dog,
regardless of size, gender, color, or conformation, into Mrs. McCarthers
care, knowing that in January of 2012, she was found GUILTY on
three counts of ANIMAL CRUELTY, in the Faulkner County District
Court of Arkansas!!
My reputation as an Honest, Ethical & Responsible Breeder & Show
Exhibitor, speaks for itself!!
If you have any questions, or concerns about me, or my breeding practices, I
encourage & welcome you to contact meI would welcome the opportunity to
set the facts straight!! Thank You, ~Sue
