Early in July 2015, I purchased a shirt as a surprise for my wife, which was categorized as peasant clothing, a fashion trend. My wife discovered the shirt being damaged, with some hole underneath the armpit area. I went back to the store to return the product with a receipt and the sales associate and owner denied me a refund, stating that somebody had tried the shirt on and damaged it in the process. I explained my situation and how my wife did not even put the shirt on, and that I had purchased it without a close inspection. She was very rude, and said I should have looked before purchasing. Without giving me the benefit of the doubt, she said she could not issue a refund and that I was at fault. Overpriced clothing, poor return policy, and rude owner. Had a very bad experience.
