So this is just one of those reviews you might say...oh its just one bad one...look at all the good press. They might very well of had good food at one time, but our FIRST EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE. We would need to drop F-BOMBS on every other line to be polite as to the AHOLE manager. We sat down waited 25 minutes not a glass of water, not a hello, we'll be with you in a minute. So naturally we spoke up. "I will get you server the host said" We obliged. The server came over apologised sorry sir....not bad we thought just busy it happens. Well that was the start... another 15 minutes goes by....no water? We speak up again and now the hostess look at us like were the problem as forcible breaks a smile. I'll get your server once again she replies. In the meantime the people that sat down beside us have water and their first course. Finally the water arrives! Finally the server arrives. We needed some direction on food as we had not eaten there, barely helpful some suggestion were made we ordered 3-4 dishes asking if this would be enough and with a huff he says sure as if we should have ordered more but didnt tell us the portions were enough to feed a terrier in a dog bowl. Our food arrived the mango salad was nothing more than a shredded over ripe mango on single leaf of lettuce that tasted like something you would find in a food court served by a chinese restaurant. The spring rolls were fine but you can guess after waiting 40 minutes for a glass of water no one would check back to see if our food was OK and to add insult to injury another 25 minutes elapsed and they never brought us our main course. At this point we had, had enough and decided to ask for the manager as to our service being so poor and ignorantly blind. We waited for the manager and would you believe the person serving us was the manager!! LOL! LOAO!! So we expressed our displeasure and talking to this person was like talking to a wall, no emotion no compassion he just asked for our credit card and checked us out. He could not wait to nail our card, like a greedy little person you'd expect to see in china town. No respect, no understanding even when I said never have I experienced an evening like this. This person could of F****** CARED LESS. Sorry but his is the only way to describe it. A complete A****** to talk to, braind dead, deaf and just a complete p****. Sorry but once again this is the only way to describe it.
Needless to say we won't return and we hope you take this review seriously. The food is tapas style food you would find served on the sidewalk at PRIDE. Don't waste yoru time, its all kids that don't care that patronise this place. You would get better service at a drive through. We will post this on every restaurant review in toronto along with a video of this morron to follow. SUKHO THAT SUCKS.
