It is amazing how many people you have helped to avoid all sorts of scams.
Unfortunately i found out about you too late,... or may be not yet... anyway , here is my story....
I was surfing the internet when the promotional window poped up, it stated that i was a 1,000,000 customer of some website i was on and have wone 2100 USD spending money,when i clicked on it it brought me into a promotional page with the number to contact in order to process the claim.
I was then talked into buying a package deal for 4 people - 6 days and 5 nights in orlando ,Florida at Summer Inn Bay resort, breakfast included -free weekly car rental- 4days and 3 nights in the daytona beach and cruise around bahamas at the promotional rate of 199 dollars per person (at a promotional rate ), They also offered free Cacun upgradefor 4 people (stay in mexico for 5 days) with a free car rental as a bonus.
i was also told that i will be given 2 free passes to Sun crouse casino and day Toner Universal
they gave me a website address to ckeck the information and spoke ina professional manner , i couldn't even suspect it was some sort of a scam.
I was told that i could use this voucher within 3 years or upgrate it for a longer term or i could sell it on if i wanted to. i was given customer service number 001- 0800-0324-335 my customer Id and ref number so it all looked ok to me, also a rep i was talking to has given me her name : Carlene Cooke and other rep Tony Sanchez (extension 333)
When i phoned them later that month to confirm all the info, they said that ' spending money was never mentioned to me and i must have gotten it wrong' , but they confirmed that i still had a holiday deal i have paid for and can always contact them if i require an advice on visiting times or any questions in relation to the package.
Now after reading all other complaints about this company I am wondering if there is any way i could get the money back as i can not trust that company to take care of mine and my friend's holiday . myself and my friends will need to get our own flights in order to get there and i dont want to walk myslef into a nightmare holiday. and this one sounds exactly like it.

i would greatly appreciate it if somebody could contact me and give me an advice or information on how to get the money back.
