Summer Bay Resorts/Crown club Exploria Sterling Scott, Robert Elliott, Dennis smith Well, if approached to see or preview a time share or vacation club, DO NOT TAKE YOUR WALLET, CREDIT CARD OR CHECK BOOK!! I should have known better, but their lies were so convincing they even fooled me, The worst thing is the out and out lies told to sell a unit. Try to get it straight, impossible, they don't return phone calls for a month, they ignore you and continue to lie. I think the entire travel industry is corrupt. Especially in Florida, Clermont Florida
Many promises were presented, many of them misrepresented, ans some actual out and out lies. All the help they say they have is baseless. Nobody wants to hear problems encountered, they is so much back ground noise it is almost impossible to have a discussion. I was told that I wouldn't have to pay two RCI memberships, in fact since I had already paid up three years I would be getting a refund, lies, by liars. These people will tell you anything to close a deal, they have no morals nor any compass of discency. i suggest that you go take their tour, keep them to the time they said it would take, take your gifts and get the hell out of there. do not take a wallet, credit card or check to the meeting. all these vacation clubs are basically liars and misrepresent everything they have, they are especially prevalent in florida, it seems that a majority of rip offs are in Florida, I wonder why a state would allow that, oh hell I know that answer, follow the money!!!!!!!!!!
