Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

This guy is the worst of the worst.  I post this in hopes that someone reads this before saying goodbye to $12k.  Everything described from other victims on this site just happened to me.  First Lisa emails, then you speak.  She acts as a recruiter but she really just works with Joe.  I tried to research them but found nothing under the names they are currently using:  Summit Health, Testing for Wellness, Joe Lapner, Lisa White.  They answer the phone as Creative Health.  However on the supplements themselves I noticed the UMN logo for United Medical Network.  When I searched under that name 18 ripoff reports come right up.  They even have pictures of the supplements on the website but without the UMN logo!

Be aware!  This scam is very active.  Joe Lapner is Joe Langner.  In the past he's gone by Joe Langer and Joe Wagner as well.  Summit Health and Testing for Wellness are United Medical Network.  The company has gone by many many names in the past.  If you type in testingforwellness.com it is the exact same website except for the name as unitedmedicalnetwork.com

This is a very organized scam.  I am sure the perpetrators will change their name and the company name again and again in the future.  Joe will tell you that you can become an entrepreneur in the health industry.  He will offer the names of other distributors to call who will tell you stories of how they are making $25k+/month after a year or so.  You will eventually take a trip to Deerfield Beach, FL for a day of training but it is all an elaborate set-up to get $12k out of you.

It starts with Lisa White contacting you acting as a recruiter.  The next step is to speak with Joe.  He'll then have you call other distributors.  It appears these are not really other distributors but are in-fact other members of Joe's team involved in the scam, but at the time you speak with them you'll certainly believe you're speaking with real successful distributors across the country.   He'll have you sign and overnight a distributor agreement along with a good faith deposit.  Then you go for training which cannot begin of course until you hand them a check for the remaining balance of the $12,000.  Lisa is even one of the trainers!

I have been looking into ProperWellness.com/ Exact Health for the past three weeks. I have the exact same story but I have not yet made the trip to Deerfield Beach! Johnny I feel for you and I am sorry it happened. You may have saved me from a huge mistake. I have talked to all the same people- Dr. Keys, Frank Staff(N.C.), Dawn Smith(Tampa) and Bill Williams( St. Louis)? How can they all be in on the scam?

I was brought in the same way with an interview with Jason then a conversation with Joe and follow-up calls with these distributors? The web site and all of the documentation seems so real. I would like to know more and hear more people discuss this con. I have submitted my deposit and am guessing I will not see that $500 again?

Any suggestions on how to bring this con out in the open. I am looking for more information. Thanks you for bringing out your experience as painful as it maybe. Hopefully it will help others!

James. Your settlement statement is a far departure from your original claims about Exact Health LLC. I understand that may have been required to get your refund. Now that time has passed...What's the facts???

I'm flying to Florida Monday and now Jonny has posted an October 31 report. Please advise ASAP!!! Thanks and God Bless!!!

I have recently suffered a $12,000 loss to a company in Deerfield Beach, Florida. They go by the name of Exact Health and I have recently found out that they have gone by several different names. The president is Joe Lauer. I have just found he also has gone by several different names. I am an unemployed professional who got totally sucked into this very elaborate scam. I flew to Deerfield Beach for training and was convinced this was a good idea. I did my due diligence of calling folks this Joe Lauer refered me to. Dawn Smith, Mike Jones, Frank Staff, Jack Walker, Bill Williams and even a Dr. Ron Kys.

I was convinced that they were all making anywhere from $6000 a month to $25,000 a month. I was not expecting to make this kind of money right away, but, that was the eventual expectation. I followed the plan and training. I would call for support and days would go by before I would receive a return call. And then I was told I was doing it wrong. I took on this distributorship the end of August 2013. On Oct 11, I began calling and leaving messages I wanted out and to get my investment back. Natrurally, no return phone calls. I have sent a certified letter requesting my money back. No response.

I advise anyone hearing from these people........don't do it! I am know $12,000 poorer and still unemployed.
