Summit Legal Group Lied and has poor customer service Boca Raton, Florida
He hired Summit Legal Group P.A. to help us modify our house payment on March 2011 and it's now August 1st 2011 and we havent gotten any type of help from them. We were charged the amount to 2,000 (two thousand) dollars for their services but have done nothing!!! They have the worst customer service ever. They are horrible on returing our phone calls.
I have read multilple negative reviews about this company. I wish we wouldve known this before giving these people our money!!!! We just want the services we were promised our money back!!!! If anybody has had the luck on getting your money back please let me know how!!! This is a very fustrating situation.....

I am sorry for your loss.
Here are your next steps.
Call your lender directly and have your application put in the hands of a real decision maker. If they stonewall you, complain to the Better Business Bureau. Don't threat - just do it.
The lawyer (there was only one) at Summit Legal, William T. O'Toole has been suspended by the Florida Bar for causing "Great Public Harm." Summit has ceased operations.
The Florida Bar has set up a Clients' Security Fund. Go to their website, hit the "For the Public" link, and you shall be able to access the Clients' Security Fund.
Randy Baker and Solomon Macari, with whom you may have had contact, are not lawyers. They are scam artistis and one of their prior enterprises, Baker, Kennedy, and Associates, is being sued by the Florida Attorney General. Call Carol DeGraffenreidt in West Palm Beach to complain.
Please provide some contact information in the form of an email address. Several of us have gotten together and we will not rest until the scammers are made to pay for their wrongdoing.
