Summit Place is a mess. they are very lazy when it comes to repairs but won't hesitate to take you to court every month. They don't care about their tenants, or if they are happy all they want is a check. summit place does horrible work, when they actually decide to do it. They are very unprofessional with conversation and with their actions. Summit place is very ghetto, and lacks professionalism. The ladies in the office are condescending and rude! They totally lack morals. The biggest mistake you can make is giving them a cent of your money! The lease is not worth it

Summit Place has come a long way in recent years. The community is now cleaner and safer. There is a common theme amongst those who complain, and it seems to be non payment of rent. How can you expect to live for free? Theven posters comment is littered with suggestions of multiple rent delinquencies that result in court action. So they create lies to disparage the manager.

If you had the ability to read properly you would have read that the urine was under the rug. The dog in the photo would have to save up his urine for 6 months at 3 1/2 lbs, to be able to do that much damage and cause that much mold. He also would have to gain a good 50 lbs to be able to get the rug up.
And how would you know about the inside of my apartment, unless you are a Picerne or you have been in the apartment.
So mind your business unless you are the owner then I recommend you take the time you have spent posting your ridiculous rebuttal and clean the apartments and repair the rodent holes with something other than caulk that ended up on my 2300.00 sofa.
